Every week Palmer puts on a new outfit! If you can find him in the crowd, he'll toss 30 house points at you for your good eye.
Once you've found this week's Palmer, note down the row and the column and send it to me, Blamsart, by PM. If you got it right, I'll send you a Palmer stamp of approval to put on your house points card that will look like this template:
