I'll see if I can produce a list, can confirm that most townies in China and Egypt have brown eyes, kinda like in real life too, if you're tired of my suggestions or just have a tomb raiding itch.

Gladsten Farmwell: Moonlight Falls, commitment issues + in the military so he'd have an excuse to be wherever your founder was.
Bert Alto: Hidden Springs, an Alto for that juicy Alto crime drama.
Jayden James and David Haynes: Monte Vista, bio says they're traveling male models so they could have been anywhere, and why wouldn't have your founder have taken that opportunity?
And then I got halfway through the list and my eyes glazed over. Lots of brown-eyed TS2 townies who just don't have a chance here! Maybe sorting by sims who have jobs where they would conceivably travel could help? So
