Hello! Welcome to my Differences in the Family Tree challenge! We'll be following the Stark family (the pun was too tempting) as they go through their lives, whatever that brings. And in the meantime, I get to explore these packs I've accumulated.
I can't promise my picture taking ability will be great. I kind of suck at screenshots in my (perfectionistic) opinion. Hopefully I'll get better by the end, but the first gerneration(s) are probably going to be a bit rough as I get things figured out.
Oh fun a new DIFT!!! I have one that is SUPER early on myself. It's been a lot of fun so far, so I hope you enjoy it. Cottage Living is such a fun place. I started mine right before Cottage Living so I didn't end up using it, but I hope you have a lot of fun!
The language addition seems really cool! Adds a little something extra into the game! The glitched bike makes me laugh all the time lol, but I understand it being annoying! Airi is cute!
As for the family tree, no I cannot see it. It says the tree does not exist.

Spoiler:
Language Barriers is my favourite mod, easily. Normally I'd just continue with the bike, but I don't like when my Sims become invisible on me! I *love* Airi, she's wonderful to play!
And thank you for confirming, that lead me to figuring out what was wrong (different link for the public, who knew )
I was sold by chapter 1.1 when you did the David Attenborough voice
I then stayed for the snarky Watcher banter.
Airi autonomously deciding to knit to deal with her worries that Adam’s cheating on her made me laugh out loud. The downside of doing a scripted simlit like I do is that I miss out on the little weird things the Sims do on their own. #SimsLogic
I also love Edgar the cow. Because who cares about gendered naming conventions.
Ouch. Chapter 1.5 hurt. Yeah, that's why I don't leave that particular module in myself when I play for fun
It does suck to see the animals die. I tend to concentrate on the household more than them, but I still get sad every time the notification happens.

I'm so glad you like the snarky Watcher banter, I'm always worried I'm projecting my own sarcastic personality on the Sims! And yes, I love the name Edgar, so why not name the cow that? Gender schmender.
