Hi there! I've never posted in a Boolprop Chef before but since we've recently made a pasta dish I'd like to share.

Me and my mum are on a diet (Slimming World) and we bought the Slimming World tomato sauce which is syn free (aka "good for you") and made meatballs from less than 5% fat mince. Of course on a bed of pasta. Here's a photo!

Thanks Heather, super excited for this new era of BoolProp chef :D

I made z-pasta(?) aka zoodles! It's a french onion zoodle bake (here's the recipe). Not the most glamorous, but super tasty

I cooked, you guys! I actually cooked!!

I was going to just post a picture of Kraft Dinner for lulz, but then I had a stroke of proactivity and so I disconnected my smoke detector and made this: spaghetti with grilled chicken and almond milk Alfredo sauce. Yes, the Parmesan defeats the purpose of the dairy-free sauce but it's what I had in the fridge. Also contains vegetable stock that expired in January so if you don't hear from me in the next few days, well...

Ive never taken part in this before, as I'm not really much of a cook. However, pasta I can do! :D Yay!

Beef tortellini with tomato sauce and veggies (bell pepper, onion, and chopped kale.) Lighting is a bit dark because I ate it on my patio at dusk!
