I'm glad you got the baby delivery you needed for the promotion. I was playing the doctor career and when it got to that point for promotion, I rage quit because none of my sims were getting pregnant.

I found that it was a really efficient way to feed all my vamps in one trip lol at least the cousins are good for something!

That, am I'm sure it's the only reason that I was able to do four classes in university since they don't need sleep. otherwise, I'm sure I would have pulled my hair out lol

Thank god for MCCC. Pretty sure that's the only reason I have pregnant sims lol
