I like seeing a different version of the EPIC challenge. There seems to be a lot more to do in the sims 3 and 4.

I was enjoying seeing your try at the EPIC in TS2. I need to get back to reading about it. There is quite a bit to do in the first part at least, with the EPIC in 4. I haven't seen or tried it in 3, but I feel like I almost always have something for them to be doing. Glad you are enjoying seeing it.

Another update came today for EPIC Tripp. I haven't gotten a whole lot of playing time in lately so I don't think there will be updates for a little bit, but maybe I'll get back on track soon. With SimNaNo done I will likely not be pushing myself as hard as I had been. Enjoy the update, the link is either below or in the first post.

There is a new update for EPIC Tripp!!! We are getting closer and closer to generation 2 taking over, and I'm super excited about seeing what a new generation is like. The post can be found below as well as in the first post on this thread. Please enjoy the update, and I believe one more update will probably bring us to the final update for Gen 1, but we will see what happens.

Is the new house still 3 rooms?

It was supposed to be, I accidentally made it 4, big one room downstairs, 2 bedrooms, hallway. Oops....I make note of it in the next update I'm pretty sure. I had in my mind, big room downstairs, two bedrooms, that's 3 rooms....not even taking into consideration there is a hallway that would technically be considered a room. I should have just knocked the dividing wall from Belle's "room" and let her have the open space and hallway as her "room" but I didn't even think about it until later.

Yeah I made that mistake too. It is easy to do but they don't say what size rooms you can have which if you have a large lot big rooms for everything.

It is easy to do when you aren't really thinking about the "hallway" as technically counting as a room. Oh well. It didn't make a whole lot of difference as I had room, just should have made on a full "room" and the other an open "room." I'm back up to the right room count per person now so I just have to keep better track of that.

Congrats on finishing the generation! Belle grew up beautiful and I'm excited to see how her spouse is gonna be! You did great with gen 1's challenges!
Also, yeah, the halls are easy to forget about que counting rooms! Luckily it was easy to fix!

I’m excited to see what Belle’s generation brings! You had a rough few days there towards the end of her teen years. Keeping track of the rooms is hard. When I was using half walls, I was afraid I’d go over the room amount.

I'm glad you guys enjoyed the updates, and yeah, I am excited to see how Belle's generation goes too. Kiana had a successful generation, and she was such a fun sim to play with but it will be fun to see Belle now. She did have some rough days towards the end, just sort of lost track of everything there for a bit, and yes, the room thing that a total mistake, but I'm on track now, have the right number of rooms and will keep better track. I mostly have kept it correct throughout most of the challenge, there was just a short time where I was off (twice I think) by 1 room that was fairly quickly fixed.
