Newbie here

Post by Blamsart »

Hiya!

My name's Blams and I've been a simmer for longer than I'd like to admit. Played TS1, TS2, TS3 and even TS4 (though I prefer TS3). I love this game, and even though I've been playing for years now, there still seems to be more to find out about the game?
Anywho,

I'm a sims 3 writer! Had the traditional first legacy that didn't work out (computer malfunction), but I've been writing my second legacy for three years now and I'm at generation 9. I'm really excited to get it done (but at the same time a little sad), and I'd really love to share it with y'all.
On that note, I say it's a legacy...but the only rules I'm following are the 10 generations and the bloodline. Each generation is basically it's own novel (My last two generations were about 68 and 77 chapters respectively) with all the drama that comes with it. So I'm not too sure if this counts as a Legacy? Should I make a topic in the Sims 3 Story or Sims 3 Legacy section?

Ahem, so that's me, first and foremost a writer completely obssessed with my characters and Sims 3. Thanks for welcoming me?

:D
Thanks!
I think I'll put it in the Legacy section finally, since that's what it is at the base of it all.

Welcome to Boolprop! :D And my gosh, I thought MY generations were long! That's a massive achievement though, after that much writing - congrats on nearly finishing! A lot of legacies follow the rules only loosely, so I'd say it qualifies (and you're likely to reach a bigger audience in the Legacies section, too ;)). I'll have to head over there and check it out. Nice to meet another avid writer/simmer, and I look forward to seeing you around the forums!

Hello there!
I don't blame you for putting your own spin on the legacy rules, it's much more fun when you play your way! :)
