So, I found this AMAZING university subhead on ModtheSims (Mootilda's Brainania), and I would really love to be able to use it as a downtown sub-hood, as well or instead of as a university. Does anyone have any knowledge about how to create/change sub-hood templates?

By the way, I'm playing on Windows, with the Ultimate Collection, so please target your response to that, as I know it affects where things are saved and such.
