Okay, when you finish your Simself it'll be #8, DreamWeaver. Thanks so much. :pan:

#9 has been offered up~ Thank you so much, Anne! :D :pan:

I'm still setting up the first five lots by the King... There's still the Community Park, the Pet Park, and ... I forgot the next one but the City Hall and the free King's Tavern are done. Plus the main University. I have to count up all the Sims I want and then place them. Woot! *fingers crossed I don't get the urge to clean up my files* :D

Oh, you're building your lots in advance, so that when you earn them, you can just plunk them down? Great idea!

No, the King is going around building some basic community lots for the families- I had him earn the first Uni and then build up some lots for Sims to visit from the money he earned.

The King's Tavern- the main money maker for him but now it's free (5 Mil- L10).
The City Hall - for the citizens to find jobs and the peasants to pay their taxes (L5)
The King's Park- for free but they earned it for me. :)
The Pet Park... and it's free (L5)
Pleasantview Beach - L5 and 2 Mil now free entry.
The Goth Art Museum - Free but worth 251k - L0
The King's Cemetery (while they don't count, I had to have a place for his family's ghosts so I could move them out) - L0
Pleasantview Cemetery- for the non Royal Sims - L0

I thought it would be only right for him to own the main City... and the only one who can charge as much. The rest can only charge the top rate -is it Expensive or Very expensive?
He's now working on getting married to Bella. :)

*I have to get my Business District to start the ISBI (found a L9 Business townie ;) ) because I've decided to use Malcolm Landgraab for my ISBI founder. :shhh: :rotfl:

I hope you all don't mind some of the changes to your Sims... I might not have had the CC, I wanted more of a Medieval feel with what I had, and one had to be different. :unicorn: :spin:

You've been so busy! That king has set up half the town, already.

So, are you posting this? You have no links in a siggy, so I don't know where to look.
