Making all Hair and Eye Colours Dominant (genetics, yay!)

Hi all!
A while back I found this hack/mod/download that makes all the 4 Maxis hair colours and 5 Maxis eye colours dominant, so that if you pair a black-haired Sim with a blond-haired Sim (for example), the kid has a chance of having blond hair (here's the link!). I've been thinking about putting this thing in my game for my BaCC, because I suspect I'm going to get sick of black or brown haired Sims after a while.
I was wondering if any of you have any experience with this download? It seems pretty cool, but I've never seen anyone talking about it before, so I figured I'd check!
