Cool idea starting with a TPC trailer. I like playing different little challenges like that, it helps each family feel a little unique.

I also like using townies for building up the population, I think it's a pretty realistic way to grow a town.

Yeah, the challenge is a bit much for me to want to follow with my first family, but I love the set up for it! So I'll probably keep building like that. Maybe a bit nicer, though. Definitely able to edit walls.

Those cash business perks are a life saver for beginning entrepreneurs! It would be really tough to play without them when the city is just starting up.

Nice start! Moving in townies is a great way to get a quick boost in population. Nothing beats that first free community lot, except of course your first business district . I like the idea of using a trailer for a first house. It makes sense for someone moving to the middle of no where to start in a trailer.

Cash business perks - Ha, wait till you get level 5. Oh, sweet! Also, Iove the wholesale perks, but they don't really help much with crafted items. Great for other retail stores, though. I'm not too fond of the other perks, though. Maybe I just don't know how to use them effectively.
