Where No Sim Has Gone Before: An ISBI Challenge Update 4/27

Post by mysterymusic7 »

Yep that's right I'm back from the dead. See laptop died, and I finally got a new one. But thing is I'm just not motivated to reboot any of the old projects. I put off coming back cause I was trying to get the other stories off and running again, but I realized I just am not feeling them. Maybe one day I'll restart the AU legacy. Maybe not. For now I'm gonna give this whole ISBI challeng thing a shot. Dear Plumbob what am I getting myself into! Alright folks, hopefully you all enjoy.

Generation 1: Mysha Bowman
Chapter 1: Through the Temporal Shift/Portal Thing Whatever
Chapter 2: Dance or Die!
Chapter 3: A Taste of Boredom

Spoiler:
Let's hope this challenge lives long and prospers. :neener: :celebration: Ah, Star Trek you're getting my inner Trekkie riled up aren't you? Ocampa only live for eight years and can develop incredibly strong telekinetic and telepathic powers, Tuvok found that out when he was training Kes to use her powers. Be looking forward to seeing the next kidlet.

Spoiler:
Ah another trekkie! I'm a relatively new Trekkie myself..got into the series big time when the new film came out in 2009. I mean I knew what Trek was before that. I always loved Spock, but I hadn't seen a whole lot until the films came out. It helped big time that Star Trek.com started putting all the episodes online for free. Glad you liked the first chappie!

Hi :D
Spoiler:
Wonderful! Lol- I'm not a Trekkie but I did watch some of them over the years. It's a fun theme, imo. :D
I totally forget about the break dancing. Loved it.

Spoiler:
Hey!
I'm a relatively new Trekkie to be honest. But I thought it'd be a fun theme.
Kes did turn out quite cute.
And I'd never realized you could learn break dancing before. That was a new one for me.

Spoiler:
Free will can be a killer can't it? I don't know if I've ever had them dance till they die before, guess I never really looked into it. *shrugs* Would be interesting though, just saying. Nice update though, short and sweet.

I just read this, and it was so much fun! I hope you are able to continue it. I love the Star Trek theme, and the characterization.

Michelle: I'm glad you enjoyed the chapters. Star Trek is fun.
I'll get back to this eventually....it's just I have a tendency to get distracted by other projects when I start them. Ie right now my Royal Kingdom's got my focus at the moment. But I haven't forgotten these guys.

It looks like the links are broken. I can't open up the chapters. I get "Invalid Gateway."

Is it just me?

Well, it worked for me now, so OK.

I really like the "ISBI" ship! And the logs for the other officers, as well.

I smell trouble brewing, though, with that medical officer. Oh, dear!
