Dayes of Our Lives (updated 03/05/15)

Post by Rad »

Basically, this is a legacy that is never going to die. It's only in Gen 10 (and 11) even though it's nearly five years old. That's because I made the foolhardy decision to use this legacy to test everything TS3 has to offer, across every expansion . And there are... a few of those.

So, if there are things you ever wanted to try in your legacy but you were too scared to try out, let the Dayes have a go at those things for you (though I can't promise immediate results - we have a lot of legacy to get through here!). I'm going to write this as an observational legacy blog with the emphasis on experimenting with the stuff you might not normally want to try in your average legacy, and, of course, they'll be doing all that normal legacy stuff too. And probably they will still be going by the time TS6 comes around at this rate...

I was reading this regularly and then life got in the way. I need to figure out where I stopped so I can get caught up.

Besides the Knights, this is my single most favorite family. I want to do a completion challenge, but live vicariously through the Dayes.

I would recommend it, but... five years and counting and loads of things still to explore.

Still, no hurry to get Sims 4...

I'm really glad I started reading this one a few weeks ago. I had to catch up, since I hadn't read it before, but I got to the most recent chapter!
Spoiler:
Thank you for showing a little of what's in ITF. I haven't gotten it yet and I wanted to see if it was worth it, because I'm generally not into futuristic stuff. It's looking a bit fun, especially with some of that tomb exploration bit in the wastes. I can't wait to read more!

I'm not proud of how long it's taken to update, but I am a tiny bit proud of the name of this post...

I am a few expansions behind and did not realize the tragic clown had returned. Awesome!!! It reminds me of the Sims 1, only with better graphics of course. Makes me want to go get some expansions for my game.
