So I have a few questions - one in regards to the bad apple, and another in regards to the supernatural menagerie.

Bad apple question for consideration - can we spend the LTHP of a bad apple to get LTR before they move out to thus earn points off their general happiness in life - or are they expected to be blank?

Supernatural menagerie question I've been contemplating and am probably the only one because of my circumstances - I realized as I'm nearing the end of the challenge that I've got just a few more supernatural lifestates to collect, which shouldn't be bad, but my question is does this count as complete if say... I hit my 12 girls, I'm going to try for baby on the next one and end up with a boy and a girl and the girl (who is not part of the 12) gets one of the lifestates I needed to count towards this bonus?

I don't know if I was clear or not, I'm closer to completing girls than I am boys right now (though only by one); and I've got roughly 3 pregnancies left if I line this up right. I'm aiming for ghost/human/mermaid/genie as my last 4 kiddos (I've got 5 kids needed left) but what happens if one of those kiddos is a duplicate/extra? Does it still count?

So, while I was playing today to get the next chapter going, my entire game crashed.

I lost earning a lot of money, building their house, and a second child. I'm a little bit distressed unfortunately!

No that's the worst! I've been fighting some crashes too, and it's terrible!

If this is for your Sims 3 games, I recommend the NRAAS Saver, it's saved my butt several times with reminding me to save frequently.
If you don't use mods, there's a cheat called "resetSim *" (using the asterisk) which resets every sim in town which is helpful sometimes when stuck sims bog down your neighborhood. Otherwise there's a save cleaner and NRAAS's master controller "reset everything."

Gotta do what we gotta do to keep our game running.

I highly recommend NRAAS mods for ease of use/maintaining games. I use Overwatch and Errortrap to keep my files from bloating (they'll fix stuck sims, clean inventories of non-household townies, etc), I use the Master Controller hard reset when my Sims don't want to age up properly (which has plagued this file of mine ridiculously) and I use saver to keep me saving! When saver prompts you to save though, as a warning (I found this out the hard way) DON'T save during Build/Buy mode or during times when you know the game would probably choke (like right before/after birthdays). It's job is to prompt you as soon as it feels able, but that doesn't always mean YOU'RE at a good time to save, lol!

I'm pretty much the same, though with updates I need two children of one gender; the other is complete. Gameplay, the final child has just aged up to teen! I'm trying not to play anymore until I catch up on updates, would like to post the final chapter close to the gameplay finish.

I use wordpress.com for my story and just load the pics up to there. You get quite a bit of storage with the free sites. I'm almost at the end of this challenge and still using less than half of the storage available.

Hey AuliesWORLD! I can't answer your Sims 4 question, but I use Blogger, which has unlimited free storage for pictures through google photos, so that's worth a shot. Good luck with your challenge!
