Hello Boolpropians!
February always just flies by for me! I hope you had a good month filled with love, that is what it’s all about, right? It’s been a busy month for a lot of us, writers included, but I really want to give some props to Lorinsv - first of all, congratulations on your moderator-ship! Second of all, Lorinsv has compiled masterlists of all Sims challenge rules right here on our forum which is no small task! Find them here:

[Sims 2] | [Sims 3] | [Sims 4]

Go check it out and admire all that hard work, and thanks again Lorinsv! You did a great job!

In other news, I want to shine a spotlight down on the Baby Boom Challengers! As one myself, I can tell you this challenge is no small feat, and a lot of us have been going at this challenge since the start. The challenge started back in November of 2017 to celebrate Boolprop's birthday and is still going strong! The stories are fun and interesting and make for a good read if you're on the lookout for a challenge with flair! It's also a great challenge if you're looking to start something new and rather like babies!
You also get this fantastic medal to boot if you complete it: Image
Not a bad deal, huh?

Anything I Possible: A Random Legacy - a Sims 3 Challenge by heatherfeather

From the Author:
My story is based on the random legacy challenge, which is fun because each generation can be very different from one to the other. This is a commentary style story rather than story based. Any plot, if at all, is very light, and you can expect my Sims to break the fourth wall from time to time. I mainly poke fun at my Sims and just laugh at the silly stuff that happens, so check it out if that is your kind of thing.

Great news, everyone! After a lot of thought from posting the February Newsletter, the idea struck me that I could introduce a way to help make sure we can spread some love around the forum! Perhaps this idea will take off, or... perhaps it'll disappear into the abyss with minimal/no use, but I wanted to give it a shot anyways and see what happens! I created a form where people can "nominate" or "give kudos" to someone they've noticed doing a spectacular job. While I'm going to try to keep my eyes out for stories that seem to be on a roll, or doing noteworthy things, it's not always easy to find (as I've realized this past month that I've been fairly busy for), so doing this will allow other people to draw my attention to these fantastic writers and what they're doing! Seeing as this is newly implemented, you can find the link to the form below. You can optionally put your own name down as part of the form, or you can leave it anonymous - that's entirely up to you! I've left the form pretty open-ended, so we'll see how this goes! In the meantime, here's some honorable mentions (which may overlap a bit with February due to the newness of this newsletter):

New Member Stories this Month: Give 'em a warm, Boolprop welcome!

New Stories this Month: Stop by and support our awesome members' new stories!

Story Kudos: You've been noticed!

That's all I have for this month! Have a great March everyone!

Hooray, new newsletter! I love the nomination form idea.

And the quote from Heather on Anything Is Possible.. "I mainly poke fun at my Sims and just laugh at the silly stuff that happens, so check it out if that is your kind of thing".. It most definitely is my kind of thing. LOL Great read.

Hahaha, I know! There's so many great stories on here! I'll never run out of stories to choose from for Story of the Month!

I'm glad you like the nomination idea! I just wanted to open the doors up so more people have a chance of being recognized! :bounce:

This is so wonderful and sweet!

I'll definitely be keeping tabs on this. There's such a rich variety of sims stories! And everyone seems to put so much effort in it.
That's a beautiful signature Livvielove! Are you writing all of those stories by yourself? They look like professional stories! I'm so used to just reading challenges, I hadn't really realized people wrote serious stories with sims.

I can't wait to sit down and read all of these!

Welcome aboard here, Lyla!

We have a new newsletter every month! I have a lot of fun writing them, so you can look forward to the next one on the first of April.

Also, thank you so much for the compliment! I do run all four of those stories plus a few challenges on the side cause [breaks into song] I'M JUST A SUCKER FOR PAIN! Those four stories are my main ones though! There's actually a very wide community of serious stories with Sims I've discovered, because (like you) I used to think they were just for challenges too! Either way welcome to Boolprop again and I hope you enjoy all the wonderful stories and events we have to offer!

Great job on the newsletter Livvie :highfive:

I definitely like the nomination thing! I myself seem to not have much time recently to even enjoy other's stories or to do my own.
Hopefully things will slow down soonish and I can start reading some of these awesome stories.
