And before anyone asks, nominations for the 2017 Golden Plumbobs are currently scheduled to open on the 1st of February! You can take a look at last year's categories to get an idea of what will be returning this year.

First time medal winners will receive the same medal awarded last year. Two-time medal winners will be receiving a new medal this year.

As a former winner (2012 Best DIFT Sims 3 Story) this makes me happy that the Golden Plumbobs are still going on. Can't wait for the nominations to commence.

It sent Blue, being in outbox just means the person you sent it to hasn't checked their pm yet. Once Palmer checks his pms it'll get move to your sent box.
