I enjoy reading these posts, blogs, and articles, because there really is a correlation between Sims and Real Life. It is not always realistic, but there is a grain of truth in the way our Sims live.

7 things The Sims Got Right

1. Kids grow up so fast.
2. Nothing is worth doing if you’re low on energy.
3. You’ll leave your trash anywhere if there isn’t a garbage bin nearby.
4. Learning a new skill takes time.
5. No phone means no social life.
6. If you want to stay friends with someone, you have to put in some effort.
7. Life doesn’t make sense.

What are some other things that The Sims got right?

Bills and how freaking expensive they really are...

The fact that water and electricity get cut if you don't pay them!

Given the choice, sims would rather be playing sims on their computer.
