A new round is up! Please note that I am returning to public entries for the next few rounds, so post your entries straight to the thread rather than submitting them to me. :)

Just a little update: The winner's choice medal for Round 31 has been awarded (Congratulations, Mpart!), and I'm going to put the next round up on the 1st of December. :)

I have a question.

Let say for this round I build a garden, is it okay to have your sims in the pics enjoying said garden or do you just want shots of the romantic garden?

Preferably just pictures of the build itself, so we can get the best view of everything without sims being distracting or obstructing parts of it. :)

My bonus night shot had my sim in it though...but it's a high angle and far away so you won't really see her unless you're looking.

I don't often play Let's Build It, because frankly, I usually forget, and secondly, I'm not that good at building, let alone decorating, and I have no CC, at the moment, anyway.

But, this one just CRIES out for Gage to put together something. GageNation needs a dating hotspot, after all, and it's his week, again! Yay! Great timing.

 I'm not gonna disqualify anyone for sneaking a sim in, I just think this competition works best if having the focus be on the build itself rather than staging a scene (if that makes sense?).

Well it was just a bonus shot, the other four were of the build itself though. She just chose that spot to go read her book for work, she gets a Beautiful Vista moodlet from sitting out there so she must love it.

I'm thinking after this maybe we should have a round where the goal is to actually stage a scene with some sims. :hmm: Thoughts, guys?

I'd love that! I'm not so great at building, but I love doing scenes with Sims - like in the screenshot events and sort of with BNTM!

I THINK I have some good Sims 3 pose boxes for that. But what would it be? Sims having a St. Patrick's Day party? Easter (is Easter in March or April this year?)

How about a parade? Get it? March?

Staging a scene would be cool. I had an idea of a scene for a romantic garden and that's why I asked. I didn't want to take the time to do it and it not count, lol.

I still plan to build one though

We've done them before, so I'd be super interested in a round like that! My first ever round of Let's Build It was one of those!

Maybe something spring like or something like the great thaw? Realistically I know spring isn't really a thing til like midmarch at earliest(at least here), but it might be cathartic to show our Sims shedding their coats and enjoying sun! I love winter but it does take a toll.

Just a thought. :sorry:
