Let's Build It Round 25

Post by Rosanna »

Hi everyone!

We have an ongoing Sims event for you! In this event we will ask you to create a room, a house, a landscape or a sim based on a particular theme. You'll submit photos of your new creation. Once the deadline has arrived, we will open a poll to public vote to decide on the winner(s). The winner(s) after every round will receive a random medal! The number of medals given out will be based on the number of entries. 1-5 entries will yield 1 winner, 6-9 will have 2 winners, and more than 10 entries means 3 winners!

You do not have to participate every week. This is a play as you can event. You may use TS2, TS3 or TS4 for this event (and can even mix it up from week to week).

**Our format is blind entry. So, don't post your entries here. Instead, PM them to me and I'll post all of the entries.**

Round 25
Family Home - Create a house for a family of sims! The only rule is that you must have at least two bedrooms (a nursery counts as a bedroom). Have fun!

Timeline
Deadline: August 27th

Spoiler:
City living does not mean you cant have a family home. Here at SIMple real estates, we have the perfect family home right in the heart of the city for you. It is a family home, with a modern city twist. Have a look!

Image

The home is situated in the city centre of New Yorksim, just across the road from central park. You dont need to worry about lack of garden space here, because the childrens play area is just across your street!

Image

First, we'll show you the kitchen. This kitchen is large, spacious, with a beautiful white finish. It has all the appliances you'd need, and plenty of counter space - ideal when you have a large family!

Image

Just across the way, in our open plan home you will find the dining area, large enough to fit a family of 6 or even more! The home has its own bar installed for entertaining dinner guests. The dining room is large, and spacious with enough room to mingle and even dance.

Image

On the other side of the house, we have a quiet area ideal for some quiet family time. A large victorian bookcase for you to store your own books, and your childrens books. We have some beautiful arm chairs for you and your family to relax on and spend time together.

Image

We think you'll enjoy the open plan of this house. It is designed so that rooms are not secluded from one another, and you can spend more time together as a family.

Image

In the front of the house is the living room. This was designed to be kept simple, clean and light with those beautiful tall windows overlooking the city.

Image

The entranceway to the household is large, and spacious and leads into the living room.

Image

The master bedroom is beautifully decorated, with a light lilac covering the walls with a dark purple accent on the main wall.
It is designed to be homely, but city chic.

Image

The large windows allow you to wake up overlooking the cities skyline.

And finally, we have the children's room. This room is delightfully designed to be the room of your childs dreams!
Despite the luxury of the rest of this house, designers have decided to keep a traditional children room. The room is well lit, large and spacious and has everything your child could need and more!
