2 cups worth of crushed Arnott's Milk Arrowroot biscuits
1 cup dessicated coconut
2 Tbs Cadbury Bournville Cocoa
395g can of condensed milk
1. In a bowl, mix dry ingredients together, then mix in the condensed milk.
2. Shape into small balls and roll in some extra coconut.
3. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
These are made with whole wheat mini pitas cut in two, then filled with garlic hummus, turkey breast, and parmesan cheese. As you can see, the mini pitas were very flimsy and they broke apart easily. Tasty, but a pain to fill. They may look a little big, but I can indeed eat them in one bite...this is as close to bite sized as I'm going to get. *shrugs*
