Ahh, alright! Thank you.
Bannoffee pie is a desert made with banana, toffee and cream. It's really delicious but also so unhealthy XD

Ummm that looks amazing!! Do that one!!
Yeah I should probably try my hand at a sugar free dessert. Trying to cut out processed sugars from my diet more in stages.

I know what I'm going to do, and it's almost fail-safe and I really hope I can pull it off while it's still kind of warmish here because it's a cold dish
Re: Boolprop Chef Chat
Ooh, this looks like a good idea. These desserts look so good!

Re: Boolprop Chef Chat
Based on that cheesecake, I'm sure you could pull out a good savory dish, Thai!

Re: Boolprop Chef Chat
Everything looks so good! Question: can you still enter a certain dish for the week's theme after the week is technically over? I think I'll only have the time to bake something this weekend, but I still want to enter!
Re: Boolprop Chef Chat
Thanksyou guys! It's not too complicated, it's basically just custard with gelatin to make it set, but then I changed the flavourings, so I had to strain all the lemon zest out.
The hardest part was turning them out cause they set stuck to the sides of a ramekin, so you have to heat them up in boiling water long enough for them to slip free but not so long they turn back into liquid (which may or may not have happened the first time I tried to turn them out ) But everyone in my house loved them, and said they were restaurant quality, even my granddad who hates all desserts said he enjoyed it.

The round will close, and a new one will start. I know, I'm missing this one too because I ran out of time.Anne wrote:Everything looks so good!
