WCIF Sims 4 Pose: hand on shoulder
Hi everyone. :) I'm looking for a specific-ish 2-sims pose where sim 1 is sitting in a chair (say at a computer) and sim 2 is standing behind the chair with a hand on sim 1's shoulder. The context I would be using this in is mother-in-law comforting son-in-law about death of his mother, so she's jus...

Re: Vauraus-Rosebud Challenge
I keep discovering more and more fun challenges to try through these sites! The Rosebud challenge looks super interesting. I agree - spending your first hard-earned simoleons does seem wasteful - especially when it's easy enough to grab yourself a drink from someone else. ;) I like how you were supe...

Re: Constant Mourning
Yeah, I have this problem a lot. Best solution I've found is, as people have said, a Mausoleum with a locked door or a locked graveyard. Though the graveyard is less effective because sims can still mourn over the fence.

Re: DITFT Challenge
I like that it's less restrictive than the legacy challenge. Your sims can move out and star new lives elsewhere - it has great potential to be turned into a rotational game. As a challenge in and of itself, I feel like it could be embellished once we/if we ever have more EPs/content.

Re: I chose/decided in my challenge..... because....
I think when I did the apocalypse challenge, the first restrictions I lifted were journalism and chef. It was a purely strategic choice. Journalism because showers, but also because my wonder child/founder would be able to write skill books, thus imparting his knowledge on his wife and children. In ...

Re: "What is happening in your TS4 Challenge?" Chat
Well, I'm playing an Immortal Dynasty Challenge. Gen 1 is immortal (yay!) and Gen 2 is 1 or 2 bestsellers away from finishing the Bestselling Author aspiration (yay for books of life!). She's married with three kids now, so soon she'll get working on the other requirements for big happy family (the ...

Re: The (Un)Official Legacy & Challenge Story Update Thread:
Hiya! After a long absence, I'm dipping my toes back in the Sims 4 fandom yet again. I'm working on an Immortal Dynasty Challenge over on the Carl's Guide forum. The Morven Family Dynasty Here is my thread on Boolprop. I've mostly been posting directly in the forum on Carl's Guide. Still trying to d...

The Morven Family Dynasty
This is my 3rd? attempt at the Immortal Dynasty Challenge . It's a legacy-ish challenge, but instead of your founder dying and leaving their legacy to their descendents, the founder and each of their heirs (i.e. firstborn children) live on forever with the help of Ambrosia. The goal is to meet a ser...

Re: What's happening in your legacy
My legacy is moving very slowly. The oldest of gen 2 has only just become a teenager - the heir (I'm following the last-born rule) is still in his first week of childhood. I would love to play more, but I limit my playtime so that I don't get too far ahead of my story. That and I haven't been able t...

Re: Outdoor Retreat Game Pack - Jan 2015
I will probably buy this game pack, because I'm really enjoying TS4 and am excited for something new to add to the game. Having said that, my concern with game packs is twofold. Firstly, in TS2 and TS3, camping was in the travel packs (Bon Voyage and World Adventures). It wasn't fully featured all i...

Re: What EP's would you like to see?
Score one more for toddlers. Though I'm just excited for more worlds - I feel as though I've exhausted Willow Creek and Oasis Springs and I want more towns to explore!
Also, harking back to the days of TS1, how would people feel about a Makin' Magic style EP?

The Childer Legacy
The Legacy was once associated with greatness - start a Legacy so that your family name could go down in history. That was, of course, before everyone and their kid brother was doing it. Starting it. Now the greatness went to those who finished. She would never live long enough for that. So why was ...

The Immortal Sisters Challenge - Whirligig's Rule Set (TS4)
Hey everyone! A couple months back, I was looking for some direction for my Sims 4 playing and I stumbled upon this challenge for TS4. It seemed interesting so I tried it out, but (no disrespect to the original creator) there were a few issues with its formulation. Some of the restrictions were bord...

Re: The "Officially"Wacky Boolprop Challenge TS4
Hi! I just stumbled across these and I found a few issues where the rules don't seem to have been adequately modified/amended for the new game. I hope you don't mind if I point some of them out to you, so that the necessary corrections/amendments can be made? -Your founder may be a sim born in game ...

Whirligiggle
Hi everyone, I'm Whirligig! I've been a simmer for a long time (I once made an account on boolprop fighttheaddiction false long, long ago. Like, circa 2008 methinks), and with the arrival of TS4 I have just rekindled my enthusiasm both for the game and for the community (much to my boyfriend's annoy...
