Re: The Sims 2 Fanatics Club!

Another thing I just thought of is the lack of townies. In TS3, everyone in the neighborhood becomes related to everyone else in multiple ways, in one huge pool of incest :P. Having to create new Sims for genetic diversity and house them all is something I wish was done automatically. There's proba...

Re: WCIF Athletic Top

I am trying to locate it and download it I just did some research for you. It seems like the vampire shirt is known bad CC. If you google a combination of TS3 bad CC and vampire shirt you'll get lots of hits of people complaining about this issue. From the sounds of it, the shirt in question is cal...

Re: CC needed for Sims 2

I hope this doesn't count as thread hijacking, if so, let me know and I'll create a new thread instead. I'm looking for houses that are suited to big families. Most downloadable houses have only one bedroom, or they'll have a big bedroom and then one or two tiny ones. Preferably, something without l...

Re: Sims 2 Ultimate Collection

Does it include the patches? Or because it includes all the EPs, are patches for the EPs before the last one already included? I believe people on tumblr have confirmed that the game is fully patched for all EPs. I've noticed that the bug I was experiencing with some of the free time interactions i...

Re: Sim bin in TS2?

If you want the premade families to be saved in Bodyshop etc, I suggest that you check out http://maxis-taste.livejournal.com/tag/downloads!hoods They have every premade from every hood in TS2 for download. With a little help from sims.wikia you can easily recreate your favourite families Thanks! I...

Re: A view into Pleasantview

I like what you've done with them, especially remaking Lillith and Angela so they'll look more like Mary Sue (they really look nothing like her in their "default" look  ). I'm curious to see what you'll do next.

Re: Premades!

I just decided to just play around with premades after getting Sims 2 again from Origin and so far I am enjoying playing with premades, it's like I am creating an alternate universe. Also I am posting my progress now. If you want to see I really like the dynamics with the Pleasant family, it's soo ...

Premades!

I'm wondering if anyone else really likes playing with premade families. I used to think it was boring, but nowadays it's one of the things I like best because in a way, it's a challenge to take sims you didn't create and decide what to do with their lives. I figured I'd create a thread where people...

Re: Sims 2 Ultimate Collection

I need some help, please! I've never installed any of the games as ultimate collections, just the base game and then each EP as they were released or as I bought them, so I don't know how ultimate collections are supposed to work on certain things. Does it include the patches? Or because it includes...

Re: The Sims 2 Fanatics Club!

Glad to see there are other sims 2 rookies here. I legitimately am addicted and can't give the game up. Sorry, but I am not sorry. What do you guys like about sims 2 over the other games? I like how quick it is to set up a game. To add a new family or pick an existing one, you just have to c...

Re: Genetics 101

The last bit of the skin genetics is interesting, I never knew that. I've expanded the possible colour range of my skins by grabbing a geneticized set with approximately 10 skins instead of the base four. Adds some nice variety, which is great for keeping sims unique in large neighbourhoods. If you...

Re: CC needed for Sims 2

I really like Mod The Sims. There's a lot of variety in there for TS2 and it's so easy to download a bunch of things because it's all in one place. The only downside is that sometimes quality is pretty mixed and searching isn't always helpful, so it's something I'd recommend only if you've got a lot...

Re: Sims 2 Ultimate Collection

I redeemed/downloaded it with no problem. I played a bit without all my CC before adding it in, well not all at once. I have my defaults and some of the clothing I made (aka recolored XD) with the old game, a couple of my mods as well that's it. I was only missing a few of the Stuff packs, it's pre...

Hi! I'm Olive Specter. I joined boolprop only in 2013 but I've been playing the Sims since the days of TS1! I still remember when I found out that people shared the stories of their Sims and I thought it was really fun. I've never finished a Legacy before but I want to try a Prosperity Challenge soo...

Sim bin in TS2?

I haven't played TS2 in a long time and I'm just getting back into it thanks to the Ultimate Collection off Origin. Before I start wrecking things in the game, I need some help with the sim bin! I want to play with some premade families. I'd also like to have "backup" versions of those fam...

Re: Are you looking forward to TS4?

I'm going to be negative and say that I'm not really looking forward to it. I don't mind the lack of pools but I'm going to miss toddlers and the open world. I wish they'd kept the open world as an option that could be disabled for people with slower computers or if they just fixed the many bugs wit...

Re: Sims 2 Ultimate Collection

So from what I understand, you can download (or whatever) the game now and install it later? You don't have to download the game now. You have to download Origin if you don't have it and redeem your code. Once you've done that, you can choose when to download and install the game. It'll just sit in...
